wisdom from Dostoyevsky

"Only the heart knows how to find what is precious." -- Fyodor Dostoyevsky

As I work with Cara and Kristina on this Scrapbook for my father, there is a LOT of material - we could include. There is a limit, though, to what will fit, what will work.

How to choose, then? Isn't ALL the memorabilia, aren't all the photographs ... important and special? Yes. and No.

I have had to rely on my heart, and my memories of what Dad has shared were "key" memories for him. THOSE items & photos are the ones to include ...

So if you're having trouble narrowing down content for a project, keep in mind the oh-so-wise words of Dostoyevsky ... and let the HEART find what is precious.
